We had Dominic and his team recommended to us for the fitting of a new boiler and it’s absolutely fantastic!! Genuinely nice guys, extremely polite, knowledgable of their work, hard working, clean and with a “nothing is every to much trouble” attitude. Dominic shall continue the maintenance of our new boiler and I would thoroughly recommend him and the team!

Good, fast and efficient service. Phoned reception Monday morning, heard back from them the same morning, they came out the same day within a few hours and came back the following day with a part to fix our boiler, part wasn’t needed in the end so just charged for call out and labour. Would definitely recommend and use again.

This is the third time that we have had Dom and his team install boilers or central heating and we have been extremely pleased with his work. He also carried out necessary servicing and provided required certificates. The work has been carried out to a high standard and was very tidy.

Arranged the appointment and was able to book in for a week later which was much sooner than British gas. They did miss the appointment time but then did everything they could to still come and carry out service in the same day. They also have me discount due to the error. Good service so I would recommend.

Pure Boilers recently installed a brand new Intergas Boiler with a 10 year warranty. Very happy with the service. I can now control my heating through the app on my phone.

Fantastic new combi boiler install. Dominic completed a new combi boiler install himself with help from his 2 guys. Pure boilers have been excellent throughout the whole process from the initial quote to install. I recommend pure boilers for all your boiler / central heating needs if it’s new a repair or just a service. I’ll be looking to use pure boilers from now on for all my services and am considering a monthly service plan. The intergas boiler with Honeywell thermostat fitted is easy to use and the reviews online seem to be good.

Aging boiler on the way out, took the plunge to upgrade to an Intergas boiler to match our Honeywell EvoHome control system and utilise the OpenTherm interface to save more even more on the gas bill. Dominics crew were professional, timely and very polite. I must say a slick operation! Don't hesitate.

I scheduled a boiler service after we had an issue with the boiler lighting on one occasion. The boiler was checked and found to be OK, the issue might have been due to the gas supply or regulator valve. We were given an honest opinion that no extra work is needed at this time.

Dominic, the owner, was very responsive from the moment of the first enquiry. He listened and gave what I felt was good advice on how to achieve the things that I wanted.Several other companies to quote for the same work, Pure boilers was competitively priced but, more importantly, I had a high degree of trust that they would do a good job and they had accountability through Dominic.His guys were polite, respectful of the house and worked well and left the place as tidy and clean as they could. They came out to take a look at our boiler and water tank for nothing. They gave honest advice so we didn't waste time fixing our old water tank, and suggested we get a new boiler fitted. The boiler they fitted had excellent reviews and the quality of their work was fantastic. They were very polite and punctual too. I highly recommend using this company!

Second time I've used Pure Boilers. Great communication with Dominic, even on a Sunday. Quickly arranged date/time for visit to look at the problem. Two of his guys came as planned and within half hour had diagnosed the issue. Explained very clearly and within minutes Dom had messaged with an estimate. Part was ordered and one of the guys (Sam) returned later the in the day and within a couple of hours had replaced the part, tested and all sorted. Sam was very polite, personable and again explained what he had done very clearly. Very happy and would use again.

My boiler and heating crisis was attended to the same day. Dominic came to fix this issue way after hours; this was way beyond my expectations of excellent customer service and customer care! Dominic took time to fully inspect the heating system and patiently explained where the fault was and what was needed to address this. I am impressed by Dominic and Pure Boilers and am more than happy to recommend them.

The standard of the work was good, the boss of the company is a very nice and professional man. They installed a new boiler and its works well, However they were at my address for 1.5ish days, they installed a new boiler flushed the system and left. I came to check the work to discover that one of the radiators had an issue and didn't heat up. I asked about this and they said "oh yes we noticed that, we can quote to fix it" why would you wait until you left the property having installed a brand new boiler knowing an issue exists with the system but leaving it for me to find? Then offering to quote meaning i have to arrange to give access a second time when the problem could and would have been sorted if it was brought to my attention earlier. Very annoying considering the installation cost nearly 2.5k. If i get the radiator sorted it won't be by pure boilers.

Sent an email enquiring when someone might be able to come out and look at the boiler as the central heating wasn't working. I wasnt expecting anyone to be available for at least a week as it was close to Christmas. Within 10 minutes I had a text from Dominic saying he could attend the same day within about half an hour. Dominic spent quite a bit of time thoroughly checking things and found the potential problem. He was polite and worked very quickly and efficiently!! 100% would recommend and will be arranging a yearly service.

Was recommended to get a Power Flush carried out on my old boiler and central heating system as the water flow was impacting the overall performance of the system. Pure Boilers came out within a couple of days and spent the entire day cleaning out the pipes and radiators. The Power Flush removed lots of dirt and sludge from the system. Since the work has been completed, the radiators are much hotter. The team arrived early on the day (8am) and worked professionally for the whole day. They were very clean and made sure no mess was left. Would definitely use Pure Boilers again

Dominic is knowledgeable, professional and thorough.. a rare commodity these days. He was quick to respond to out request and was able to fit in immediately. He diagnosed faults with our central heating system that previous plumbers had missed, got us back up and running on the first visit, and carefully explained why another visit was needed to replace an expansion vessel that was the root-cause of our heating problems. Called AM Tuesday as my boiler was due service, and the previous installer had disappeared owing 4 services on a pre-paid 5 year deal.The young lady who took the booking was polite, professional and most helpful. By 18:00hrs the same evening Dominic had inspected and serviced the boiler. This was carried out in a capable and efficient manner.Throughout my impression of this firm has been that of a competent company who will most certainly receive any further business I may need.

Dom from Pure Boilers responded promptly to my enquiry about a leak on my boiler even though it was Sunday and Ny Eve. Despite it not being an emergency, he came out the next working day. He gave details of the different solutions and I chose to have a new boiler installed which he ordered the same day and fitted 2 days later. Dom is very professional, and kept me informed of the costs before carrying out the work. He did a great job and left everything clean and tidy. Overall I was very impressed with the prompt and excellent service and would definitely recommend Pure Boilers.

Dom did a great job getting a radiator working in our dining room which hasn’t worked for a couple of years. He persevered with the job, finally identifying and dispersing a blockage in the pipe. Can’t recommend him highly enough.

Just moving into the area. Dom came out and serviced the boiler, set the wireless timer and thermostat and worked out why the gas hob wouldn't work (electrical switch on wall put on upside down!) Very helpful and pleasant. Recommended.
